1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Thavycare Jewelry (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Thavycare Jewelry website, mobile applications, and any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Sites”). You agree that by accessing the Sites, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

3. User Representations
By using the Sites, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (4) you are not a minor under Cambodian law; (5) you will not access the Sites through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; (6) you will not use the Sites for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Sites will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
4. User Registration
You may be required to register with the Sites. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Products
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Sites. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
6. Purchases and Payment
We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Sites, which may include ABA Pay, KHQR, Visa, Mastercard, direct bank transfers, and cash on delivery where applicable.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Sites. Applicable taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT), will be added to the price of purchases as required by the Law on Taxation of the Kingdom of Cambodia. All payments shall be processed in US Dollars (USD) or Cambodian Riel (KHR) as specified on the Sites.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Sites or limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order in accordance with Cambodian consumer protection guidelines.
7. Return and Refund Policy
Please review our Return Policy posted on the Sites prior to making any purchases. Returns and exchanges will be handled in compliance with Cambodian consumer protection principles and our stated store policies.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Sites for any purpose other than that for which we make the Sites available. As a user of the Sites, you agree not to engage in unauthorized data harvesting, unauthorized framing or linking, interference with security features, dissemination of malicious software, or any acts that breach the legal regulations of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
9. User Generated Contributions and Submissions
Any feedback, suggestions, comments, or other materials provided by you regarding the Sites shall become the property of Thavycare Jewelry. We shall hold exclusive rights to these submissions for any lawful purpose without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
